Repairs
Anywhere from patches to milling we can fix it
Patches: involves removing everything down to the sub-base and a new sub-base is installed. A tack coat is then laid and the patch area is filled with new asphalt
Milling: the process strips layers of concrete or asphalt from paved surfaces to create smooth surfaces with grip such as in parking lots, roads, bridges and much more.
Maintenance
Part of having a nice driveway or parking lot is from the upkeep. We can help you know what's best for you
Crack seal: procedure to prolong the life of pavement by preventing elements from penetrating. Typically done on asphalt surfaces, but can also be used on concrete.
Seal coating: provides an extra layer on top of the asphalt driveway. This layer prevents asphalt from being damaged.
Striping
Provides organized traffic flow, showing traffic direction to help people navigate comfortably and safely. Clearly marks parking stalls, areas where parking is not authorized, spots designated for handicapped and much more.
Paving
Whether is asphalt or concrete, paving is the process of covering a surface with materials to create a firm, level surface. Paving can be used for roads, driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other areas for pedestrian or vehicular use.
